Endodontics (devitalization) deals with the treatment of the root canal of the teeth. The dentist approaches the processing of the root canal with adequate instruments and chemicals, and, after processing, he hermetically fills it. An inflamed dental nerve should be removed from the dental canal to prevent the spread of inflammation on the surrounding tissue, as well as the possible loss of teeth. On radiological images, the spread of inflammation is seen as an inflammatory process in the bone around the root of the tooth (granule or cyst).
